Toned drawing paper, graphite

During the lockdown of 2020 due to COVID-19, I found my attention being tuned to the mundane. A small practice my mom began, was buying a new bouquet every week. We would rearrange the flowers into small vases that we could disperse throughout the house, breathing a little life into the stale air. This drawing depicts the completion of this act, making it as significant as i felt it was.
