I use a range of media including construction paper, color pencil, graphite, acrylic paint, and various printmaking techniques. Pieces fluctuate between stylized and realistic depictions. Other elements include text, anatomical drawing, abstract colors, unique scale, and perspective. I borrow knowledge from color theory and graphic design concepts that I’ve acquired throughout my practice.

My work synthesizes visual art with music, cinema, and literature. I explore the ways we project ourselves onto mainstream media and cultural artifacts. There are subconscious and universal truths to be discovered in how influential art informs our lived experiences. I continue exploring the delivery of this message through subliminal messaging.
