I’ve always been fascinated by stereotypes and tropes as our generation is inundated with them. I wonder if we subconsciously shape our lives around the trajectory those stories take.
Based on the film, The Set (1970), I’ve extracted visual elements that communicate a vague impression of a plot. This reveals our immediate associations with the imagery, begging questions about how we impose these assumptions on the world and ourselves.
